Job Summary: The Arizona Cardinals are looking for a results-drive & process-oriented Manager or Sr. Manager, Business Development to join our team. As the Manager or Sr. Manager, Business Development, you will be a key driver of revenue growth and a culture creator for the Arizona Cardinals Ticket Sales department. You will play a crucial role in shaping our organization's future by building sales teams, creating internal training programs, and executing sales events/campaigns. Located in the picturesque state of Arizona, this role offers a unique opportunity to work at one of the most exciting organizations in the NFL. The Arizona Cardinals joined the NFL as a charter member in 1920, which makes us the oldest continuously run professional football franchise in the US.
Primary Job Duties: The Manager/Sr. Manager, Business Development daily responsibilities will include, without limitation, to the following:
- Increase ticket sales revenue with a primary focus on season tickets, premium seating, and group sales
- Create and run campaigns that generate opportunities for the sales team
- Lead the training, coaching, mentoring, and managing of Account Executive team and contribute to their professional development
- Set standards of accountability for the sales team to thrive with purposeful activity
- Lead and participate in the development and implementation of goals, objectives and priorities of sales programs and activities
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications/Requirements - Education: Bachelor's degree, or equivalent education, training, and experience
- Experience: Proven track record of at least two (2) years successfully leading sales teams
- Experience running marketing campaigns and turning warm leads into results
- Planning, scheduling, and executing face-to-face sales events
- Executing a training and development program for sales team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, with a focus on Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays; hours may vary depending on business needs.
- Must complete all pre-employment forms and successfully pass a background check.
