Position Summary...
Join a dynamic team as a Manager, Specialty Compliance and Ethics - State Reporting, where you will execute state-level regulatory reporting programs and ensure compliance with evolving regulatory requirements. This role owns end-to-end reporting processes, including data collection, validation, and submission, and supports leadership with insights on regulatory changes. This is a high-impact opportunity to drive accountability, ensure data accuracy, and maintain audit-ready compliance processes across complex operations.

What you'll do...
  • Own execution of state-level regulatory reporting (EPR, NVOC, embedded battery, etc.), including data collection, validation, and submission
  • Maintain and update legislation and reporting trackers; monitor regulatory changes and flag impacts to reporting requirements
  • Prepare and submit filings to regulatory agencies in accordance with state-specific deadlines
  • Collect and consolidate data from internal systems and suppliers; follow up on missing or incomplete inputs
  • Perform data validation and reconciliation to ensure accuracy and completeness of reporting datasets
  • Identify data or process gaps and implement corrective actions to improve reporting accuracy and efficiency
  • Develop and maintain SOPs, process documentation, and audit-ready records for all reporting activities
  • Support regulatory audits and inquiries by preparing documentation and responding to information requests
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders (Legal, Sustainability, Merchandising, Sourcing, Suppliers, etc.) to obtain required data and resolve reporting issues
  • Research proposed legislation and summarize potential business impacts for leadership review

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00 - $155,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
