- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to align on business goals, technical direction and long-term strategies.
- Lead, mentor, and grow the development team.
- Contribute to the development of the strategic ecommerce plan; combine existing expertise in sales, marketing, technology, and management to deliver a superior brand and shopping experience for all customers.
- Manage the overall user experience, including site navigation, content development in conjunction with the marketing team, checkout funnel, and promotional campaigns.
- Closely monitor plan performance and drive any necessary changes to meet or exceed targets.
- Be knowledgeable of and report on industry trends, ensuring the company's technology stack is modern and scalable.
- Manage third-party IT Help Desk relationship.
- Manage budgets for software development teams and allocate resources appropriately to meet project and business needs.
- Understanding cybersecurity protocols and best practices.
- Make key architectural and technical decisions for product development.
What We Are Seeking- Demonstrated experience in software engineering, including progressive leadership or management responsibilities.
- Experience with PHP development, Symfony (Shopware), and WordPress/WooCommerce is highly desirable.
- Experience with the following technologies and platforms is a plus:
- Cloudflare
- Klaviyo integrations
- Figma
- Working knowledge of NetSuite or other enterprise resource planning (ERP) platforms.
- Proven ability to develop and execute technology strategies, including cloud infrastructure and software architecture initiatives.
- Knowledge of budget management, project roadmaps, timelines, and resource allocation across multiple priorities.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences through presentations, documentation, training, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and reports.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to align technology initiatives with broader business objectives.

- Bachelor's degree required; degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field preferred.
