Position Summary...
The Manager, Site Merchandising, leads the design and optimization of site layouts and category displays to enhance customer engagement and drive traffic. This role leverages customer analytics and market insights to inform strategic decisions and improve site performance. Collaborating cross-functionally, the manager influences stakeholders through clear communication and data-driven recommendations. Responsible for campaign planning, product launches, and site structure management, this position ensures alignment with business objectives while fostering continuous improvement and operational excellence within a dynamic eCommerce environment.

What you'll do...
About the team:
The Site Merchandising team leads the online shopping experience within the food category by managing visual merchandising, content strategy, functionality, and campaign execution. This team drives continuous improvement and innovation to deliver a seamless, engaging site experience that supports food eCommerce growth. Utilizing customer insights, market research, and strategic planning, the team shapes site capabilities aligned with business goals. Collaboration across functions and data-driven decision-making are key to developing impactful site strategies that enhance customer engagement and business performance.

The annual salary range for this position is $70,000.00 - $130,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
