What you'll do:- Build and optimize site merchandising for assigned departments by designing category displays, product layouts, and featured items to drive unpaid traffic.
- Collaborate with Marketing and cross-functional partners to enhance customer navigation and search strategies.
- Analyze customer behavior and market data to recommend site changes and improve performance.
- Communicate insights and recommendations clearly to internal teams and stakeholders.
- Develop and execute launch plans for campaigns and promotions, evaluating their effectiveness.
- Utilize analytics tools to measure site traffic, content relevance, and customer trends.
- Lead and mentor associates, ensuring compliance with company policies and fostering continuous improvement.
What you'll bring: - Proven expertise in site merchandising, including site navigation, visual merchandising, and use of administrative tools such as Tempo and Tango.
- Strong ability to analyze customer behavior and market data to inform site and category strategies.
- Demonstrated skills in influencing and communicating complex information clearly across cross-functional teams.
- Experience in developing and executing category strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Proficiency in campaign planning, product launches, and performance evaluation.
- Ability to leverage SEO and web analytics to optimize site structure and content.
- Competence in data analysis and storytelling using tools like SQL and Tableau.
- Leadership experience in mentoring and developing team members while promoting accountability and continuous improvement.

The annual salary range for this position is $70,000.00 - $130,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
