What You'll Do Day-To-Day
Strategic Visionary: Support the development of the long-term master plan for our facility footprint, aligning physical infrastructure with aggressive corporate growth goals.
Infrastructure Architect: Lead high-stakes capital projects, renovations, and new construction, managing budgeting and execution from facility design to completion.
Operational Excellence: Lead project teams, establishing governance and implementing Framatome standards to ensure team readiness and success.
Safety & Compliance Champion: Maintain adherence to all regulatory, environmental, and safety standards during facility project design and execution phases.
Strategic Partnerships: Manage landlord relationships, negotiate complex leases, and direct external contractors to high-performance outcomes in compliance with Framatome's standards.

Total Rewards Package
Salary: $115,000-$156,000 and may also include annual incentives and performance bonuses. The base salary range is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies and work location.
