The Opportunity:

LG Electronics is seeking an analytically minded and forward-thinking Manager, Service Strategy & Analytics, to help shape the future of our service strategy. This role will leverage AI-driven insights, data science, and advanced analytics to support strategic decision-making and drive initiatives that directly impact the customer experience nationwide.

The Manager, Service Strategy & Analytics will be responsible for analyzing service performance, identifying trends and opportunities, and translating complex data into actionable recommendations for business leaders. This individual will collaborate cross-functionally with service operations, customer experience, technology, and leadership teams to develop strategies that improve efficiency, enhance service quality, and support long-term business goals.

The ideal candidate is a strong analytical leader with experience using data to solve complex business problems, influence decision-making, and drive measurable improvements. This role requires a balance of strategic thinking, technical understanding, and the ability to communicate insights clearly to stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development of data- and AI-driven strategic initiatives that improve service operations and customer experience.
  • Manage and mentor a team of analysts building forecasting models, dashboards, and strategic reporting tools.
  • Champion the adoption of AI and automation across analytics and planning processes to increase speed and decision quality.
  • Partner with senior leadership across Field Service, Customer Care, HR, and Finance to identify strategic priorities and turn insights into executable plans.
  • Own executive-level reporting and planning models, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and strategic relevance.
  • Present analysis, strategic recommendations, and business impact to senior/executive leadership.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives from strategy design through execution, establishing clear success metrics.

Education / Experience (Requirements):
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Data Science, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree a plus.
  • 6+ years of experience in data analytics, business strategy, or operations planning, including experience leading projects or managing a team.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and demonstrated experience building executive-level dashboards/reporting.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects and influence senior stakeholders.
  • Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience presenting to senior leadership.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bilingual proficiency in Korean and English.
  • Experience with SQL, Python, or AI/ML tools for advanced analytics.
  • Experience leading AI adoption or automation initiatives within an analytics or operations team.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., GCP, AWS, Azure).


Recruiting Range

$110,000-$115,000 USD
