Job DescriptionThis Monday.com SME will be responsible for managing the end-to-end lifecycle of Monday.com solutions, including configuration, integration, customization, and performance monitoring. This role will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable workflows, dashboards, and automation that enhance productivity and operational efficiency.
Core Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
- Design, build, and optimize workflows, dashboards, automations, and integrations within Monday.com.
- Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance across all boards and workflows.
- Translate business requirements into scalable platform solutions.
- Partner with business leaders, project managers, and IT teams to understand needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Serve as a trusted advisor on platform capabilities and improvements.
- Provide training, documentation, and support to end-users to drive adoption.
- Implement integrations between Monday.com and other applications.
- Drive automation strategies to improve efficiency and reduce manual work.
- Build and maintain dashboards and reports for executive-level insights.
- Monitor KPIs and platform usage to identify optimization opportunities.
- Stay updated with new Monday.com features and capabilities.
QualificationsKnowledge/ Experience and Skills:
- 5+ years of IT experience required, with 4 years of hands-on experience with Monday.com in an advanced and administrative capacity.
- Proven experience designing workflows, dashboards, and automations on Monday.com.
- Strong understanding of technology trends and industry best practices that improve business processes and solution delivery effectiveness.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
- Experience with integrations using APIs, middleware, or custom solutions.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Demonstrate flexibility and willingness to take on new responsibilities beyond Monday.com, including other platforms, tools, or operational initiatives as required.
- Quickly learn and apply new technologies to support evolving business and digital transformation needs.
Educational QualificationsMinimum of a bachelor's degree; preferably, a degree in Computer Science, Engineering or adjacent fields. Advanced degree in in sciences, business administration, or pharmaceuticals is desirable.

Minimum $121,103.00 - Maximum $181,125.00, plus incentive opportunity: The range shown represents a typical pay range or starting pay for individuals who are hired in the role to perform in the United States. Other elements may be used to determine actual pay such as the candidate's job experience, specific skills, and comparison to internal incumbents currently in role. Typically, actual pay will be positioned within the established range, rather than at its minimum or maximum. This information is provided to applicants in accordance with states and local laws.
