Full Job Description
HFNY seeks a highly motivated, collaborative, innovative, and systems-minded individual to serve as its first Manager or Senior Manager of Collective Action (seniority commensurate with experience). This role sits at the heart of HFNY's growing collective impact work, leading two of HFNY's newest networkwide initiatives - the Hunger Collective and the Youth Collective - while also stewarding a portfolio of partner relationships and managing key network events, including the annual Nonprofit Partner Convening and Don't Walk By outreach.
This is an opportunity to drive real, measurable change in New York City by building the connective infrastructure that enables a coalition of nonprofits, churches, volunteers, and donors to work together more effectively and with greater impact. The candidate should be motivated by the opportunity to serve as a builder and backbone convener - equipping and empowering organizations on the front lines to do their best work.
