Position Summary...As a Manager for Security Technology, you will be responsible for working with a variety of systems such as CCTV, intrusion alarm, fire alarm, and CX-paging. You will also be managing and identifying installing contractors to work on Remodel, Expansion, New and Takeover.
What you'll do...- Overseeing Remodel and New, Expansion and Takeover for Walmart and Sam's Club.
- Sending weekly updates to stakeholders such as AP - Asset Protection, construction managers, store managers, Project GCs, and REX managers and any other stakeholders deemed necessary.
- Managing and overseeing the process of advanced alarm programming and network communication device solutions and processes.
- Resolving complex alarm, CCTV and CX communication opportunities.
- Developing and implementing high level and comprehensive analytics to find efficiencies.
- Managing security projects by interpreting, modifying, and formulating changes to specification documents.
- Communicating project plans to key stakeholders and project team members.
- Identifying and communication goals and objectives.
- Building accountability for and measuring progress in achieving results.
- Identifying and addressing improvement opportunities.
- Completing projects on time and on budget.
What you'll bring: - You have knowledge in alarm systems
- You have experience with VMS platforms
- You have NICET II FA for VSST

The annual salary range for this position is $70,000.00 - $130,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
