Position Summary...
The Manager, Security Technology leads the oversight and advancement of technical support for alarm programming and network communication solutions. This role manages security projects by interpreting specifications, coordinating resources, and ensuring regulatory compliance. The manager fosters strong stakeholder relationships, drives continuous improvement, and supports team development through mentoring and coaching. Committed to integrity and operational excellence, this position promotes a culture of accountability and collaboration while delivering effective security technology solutions that align with business objectives and enhance organizational safety and efficiency.

What you'll do...
  • Manage security technology projects from construction kickoff through installation, commissioning, acceptance, and turnover.
  • Oversee third-party integrators installing fire alarm, intrusion alarm, CCTV, and paging systems.
  • Coordinate installation activities with Construction, contractors, technology teams, vendors, and other project stakeholders.
  • Track schedules, milestones, material readiness, risks, costs, contractor performance, and project status.
  • Ensure work is completed in accordance with approved drawings, scopes, specifications, and company standards.
  • Identify installation issues and project risks and drive timely resolution.
  • Coordinate system testing, inspections, commissioning, punch-list completion, and final acceptance.
  • Maintain clear project documentation and provide regular status, risk, and escalation updates.
  • Partner with Security Technology design and engineering teams when field conditions require technical clarification or design changes.

  • Coordinating across teams: Connecting Construction, Security Technology, Operations, Compliance, and integrators to keep projects moving.
  • Ensuring quality: Confirming systems are installed, tested, commissioned, documented, and successfully turned over.

The annual salary range for this position is $70,000.00 - $130,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
