Safety & Sustainability: Cultivate a strong safety-first culture and drive facility decarbonization, emissions compliance, and circular economy practices.
Cost & Budget Control: Adhere to operational budgets, identify cost-reduction opportunities, and monitor raw material usage against MBP targets through variance analysis.
Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and mentor production supervisors and operators while managing labor relations in partnership with HR.
Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Serve as a central liaison between Procurement, LMF-VTD, Caster, and Refractory teams to optimize shop-wide throughput.
