• Define system responsibilities and data flows between Salesforce and other platforms (e.g., Marketing Automation, Reporting, Compensation Systems)
• Create and maintain technical documentation, workflows, and data architecture artifacts
• Ensure strong governance practices around data integrity, user access, and process consistency
• Write epics and user stories, estimate development efforts, and manage product backlogs in alignment with business priorities
• Deliver hands-on training and enablement to internal teams on new workflows, tools, and platform updates
• Stay current with Salesforce releases, platform changes, and best practices to inform strategic planning

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years of Salesforce development experience in complex environments
  • 5+ years leading agile teams or managing Salesforce-related projects
  • Salesforce certifications required (e.g., Admin, Platform Developer, Consultant, or Technical Architect)
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and Scrum facilitation
  • Proven track record delivering technical solutions across Sales, Marketing, and Operations use cases
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and collaboration skills
  • Strong analytical mindset with a bias for scalable process design and automation
  • Experience leading and coaching technical team members
