How You'll Make a Difference As Sales Manager, you'll lead and inspire a team of Account Managers to grow the business the right way. You'll set the pace, develop people, strengthen customer relationships, and help drive profitable growth-while upholding the standards and values that make Briggs who we are.
What You'll Do - Lead sales and profit performance for your business unit, driving growth, market share, and customer retention
- Coach, develop, and support a high-performing sales team with clear expectations and accountability
- Hire, train, and manage Account Managers while building strong bench strength for the future
- Partner across the business to ensure sales execution, CRM usage, safety, and people initiatives stay aligned
What You'll Bring - Proven leadership experience with a sales team, ideally in a multi-location environment
- Strong business and financial acumen with the ability to analyze trends and make smart decisions
- Excellent communication, time management, and customer-focused mindset
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, with 7+ years in progressively responsible roles
