Full Job Description
  1. Leads, mentors, and manages a team, providing guidance and support to ensure individual and collective success while fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
  2. Develops and executes SIOP strategies to meet business objectives.
  3. Ensures alignment between and accuracy of sales forecasts, production schedules, and inventory levels.
  4. Guides the development of accurate demand forecasts by analyzing historical data, market trends, and sales patterns.
  5. Identifies discrepancies between actual and forecasted demand and recommends adjustments.
  6. Monitors inventory levels and analyzes inventory turnover rates to ensure optimal stock levels. Identifies opportunities to reduce excess inventory while preventing stockouts.
  7. Provides insights and recommendations to improve supply chain performance based on regular reports and dashboards of key performance metrics.
  8. Drives continuous improvement initiatives.
  9. Works closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, production, and supply chain, to ensure alignment on demand and supply plans.
  10. Identifies areas for improvement in the SIOP process and implements best practices to enhance data accuracy, forecasting, and overall supply chain efficiency.
  11. Performs other duties as assigned.
