We're looking for a Manager, Mid-Enterprise Sales Engineering to lead and develop a team of Sales Engineers supporting our Mid-Enterprise business. This role combines people leadership, technical sales strategy, and cross-functional partnership to help scale the team, improve technical win rates, and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
What You'll DoLead and Develop the TeamHire, coach, and develop Mid-Enterprise Sales Engineers. Foster a culture of accountability, continuous learning, and customer focus.
Drive Technical Sales ExcellenceEstablish best practices for discovery, demos, proof-of-value engagements, and technical deal strategy. Coach the team through complex opportunities and competitive situations.
Partner with Sales LeadershipWork closely with Sales leaders to drive pipeline progression, improve win rates, and support strategic customer engagements.
Build Scalable ProcessesDevelop onboarding, playbooks, and repeatable sales engineering motions that enable the team to scale effectively.
Collaborate Cross-FunctionallyPartner with Product, Engineering, Customer Success, Product Marketing, and Enablement to improve customer outcomes and bring field feedback into the business.
What You'll Bring- 7+ years of experience in Sales Engineering, Solutions Engineering, or Solutions Architecture within cybersecurity
- 2+ years of people leadership experience managing customer-facing technical teams
- Experience supporting Mid-Market, Mid-Enterprise, and Enterprise sales motions
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity fundamentals, including vulnerability management, identity, cloud security, and security operations
- Proven ability to coach and develop high-performing teams
- Strong executive communication and presentation skills
- Experience managing complex technical sales cycles and proof-of-value engagements
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Located in U.S. EST or CST Time Zone

In accordance with various State's transparency regulations, we provide the following salary range information for this position:
- Total On-Target Compensation: $250,000 - $276,000 OTE 70/30 Split annually. The exact salary will be determined based on the selected candidate's location, qualifications, experience, and relevant skills.
- Additional compensation: All full-time roles are eligible for an equity package in the form of stock options.
