Full Job Description
SALARY: Starting Salary Opportunity: $96,000+

  • Actual base pay will depend and vary based on factors such as individual experience and skills of the applicant.


BONUS: Bonus at Target $24,000

  • This role may also be eligible for discretionary long-term incentive awards.


  • Variable Compensation opportunities are contingent on individual performance and overall business results, pursuant to the Bonus Plan; listed amount are targeted values and not guarantees


VACANCY TYPE: This posting reflects a vacant position.

LOCATION: Toronto or Montreal Office (depending on where you are located), 5 days/week in office.

ROLE SUMMARY: The Sales Capabilities Manager drives sales effectiveness by building the skills, strategies, and tools that accelerate business growth. This role partners with sales leadership and cross-functional teams to develop high-impact training, leverage performance insights, and strengthen market execution within the beverage alcohol industry.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Design and deliver sales training focused on product knowledge, selling skills, and market trends
  • Identify capability gaps using sales performance data and field feedback
  • Partner with leadership to support sales strategy development and execution
  • Analyze results to recommend practical actions that improve sales performance
  • Coach sales leaders and teams to drive continuous improvement
  • Bring frontline insights back to inform commercial and marketing strategies
