Johnson & Johnson announced plans to separate our Orthopaedics business to establish a standalone orthopaedics company, operating as DePuy Synthes. The process of the planned separation is anticipated to be completed within 18 to 24 months, subject to legal requirements, including consultation with works councils and other employee representative bodies, as may be required, regulatory approvals and other customary conditions and approvals. The Manager, Fleet/RoadSafetyis responsible fordeveloping, implementing, and overseeing global fleet and road safety programs to ensure compliance, reduce risk, and directcontinuous improvement in transportation safety performance. This role leadscross-functional initiatives to protect employees, contractors, and the public, and supports businessobjectivesthrough effective risk management and regulatory compliance.
Major Duties & Responsibilities
30% Develop, implement, andmaintainglobal fleet and road safety policies, procedures, and standards.
10% Manage compliance with applicable transportation, road safety, and fleet regulations (local, regional, global).
5% Collaborate with procurement, operations, and HR to ensure safe vehicleselection, maintenance, and driver management.
Required Minimum Education:Bachelors degree in Safety, Engineering, Transportation, or related field
Required Years of Related Experience:6-8+ years in fleet/road safety management or EHS

$102,000.00 - $177,100.00
