BayCare Health System is looking for an experienced and mission-driven Manager Respiratory Care to lead our Respiratory Care teams across St. Joseph's Hospital-North and BayCare Hospital Wesley Chapel. Manager Respiratory Care Position Details
- Location: St. Joseph's Hospital-North & BayCare Hospital Wesley Chapel
- Status: Full Time, Salary
- Shift: 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM
- Weekend Work: Occasional
- On Call: No
What You Will Do
As the Manager of Respiratory Care, you will oversee the daily operations and ongoing success of respiratory care services at two BayCare facilities. This role is a blend of leadership, collaboration, and operational excellence.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Day-to-day operations of respiratory care services at assigned facilities.
- Staffing, fiscal management, development of policies, procedures, and protocols, quality improvement, and interaction with physicians.
- Assisting team members as needed, communicating information to team members as applicable and coaching, counseling and mentoring.

Required Certifications & Licensure
- RRT - Registered Respiratory Therapist
- Active NBRC RRT Credential
- BLS - Basic Life Support
Required Education
- Bachelor's Degree
- Master's in Management (Preferred)
Required Experience
- 5 years of Respiratory or Cardiopulmonary experience
- 3 years of Management or Supervisory experience in a related field
