Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in health administration, Business Management, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years in healthcare revenue cycle management, audit coordination, or PMO leadership, including 2 years in a management role.
• Certified PMP or equivalent preferred.
• Strong understanding of payer contracting, CMS regulations, HHS compliance, and revenue cycle analytics.
• Ability to motivate a team, resolve conflicts, and influence cross-functional partners.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
• Proficient with project management tools and audit management systems.

Responsibilities
