Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in health administration, Business, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3 years in revenue-cycle operations, including 2 years of contract data management experience.
• Experience with Epic payer tables is essential.
• Epic certification in Revenue Cycle or related modules is highly desirable; ATD or similar instructional design credential is a plus.
• Proficient in Epic (payer and revenue modules), Excel/Power BI, and data-validation tools.
• Proven experience in leading a team and driving process improvements.
• Strong quantitative skills for dashboard creation and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Manage and ensure timely loading of payer contracts into the Epic system.
• Maintain current contract information throughout its lifecycle.
• Act as the liaison between Revenue Cycle, IT, Finance, Managed Care, and external payers.
• Lead a small team and oversee quality control measures.
• Deliver analytics that support operational accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Enhance managed care workflows leveraging deep knowledge of payer structures.
• Facilitate collaboration across departments to streamline contract management processes.
