Manager of Radiology, you'll guide the day-to-day operations of Imaging Services while helping caregivers perform at their best.
You'll spend your time mentoring caregivers, strengthening relationships, partnering across departments, reviewing operational performance, supporting quality initiatives, and ensuring imaging services continue to serve the community with excellence.
Clinical coverage is rarely required. While maintaining your clinical expertise remains important, this position allows you to focus primarily on leadership rather than routine staffing coverage.

Hiring rate is based on factors including education, training, experience, seniority, and applicable agreements.

Required Credentials & Licensure- ARRT (R)(CT)
- Oregon Board of Medical Imaging (OBMI)
- Basic Life Support (BLS)
Experience You'll Bring- Minimum four years of imaging experience
- At least three years in a Lead, Supervisor, or similar leadership role
- Quality improvement and process improvement experience
- Equipment management experience
- Knowledge of multiple imaging modalities, including specialty procedures
- PACS/RIS knowledge

Working Conditions: This leadership role is primarily office-based with some time spent throughout the hospital supporting caregivers and operations. Requires extended computer use, reviewing reports and data, clear communication, and occasional lifting of up to 10 pounds.
