We are looking to hire Quality Manager to work onsite at our Everette facility - WA
What You Will Do - Manage and coordinate all the activities of the Quality Control Inspection and Quality Engineering team.
- Provide leadership to the Quality Department staff including mentoring, coaching, training, recruiting, performance management and employee development.
- Provide Quality interface and expertise between the organization and its customers. Develop and implement program quality plans and procedures and drive harmonization between Landing Gear program quality teams.
- Manage site quality Key Process Indicators, develop and implement improvement activities, and drive reductions in Cost of Poor Quality (COPQ) and customer escapes.
- Manage site continuous improvement program (CORE) to support the site's improvement targets and drive harmonization within the CORE operating system. Serve as the CORE domain focal.
- Manage the site Quality Management System and ensure compliance with industry, customer, and organization requirements. Utilize the QMS to drive a risk-based approach to proactively improve the site's processes.
- Promote a One-Collins approach to drive strong relationships and partner with Everett operations, Landing Gear sites, and the Collins Organization.
- Promote the RTX Zero framework to drive best-in-class performance.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications You Must Have - Typically requires: A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years experience.
- Experience with Quality Control and/or Quality Assurance processes.
Qualifications We Prefer- ASQ Certified Quality Engineer, Lean Six Sigma Certification.
- RTX CORE Champion Certification.
- Quality Management System Experience.
- Auditing Experience.
- Leadership Experience.
- Aerospace industry.
- Customer Communication Experience.

The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
