Full Job Description
Support the continuous maintenance of the Quality Management System to meet requirements of Ingredion's Quality Management System as well as ISO 9001:2015 certification.

Location: London, ON

Join Ingredion as a Quality Manager in London, ON. where you'll lead and support the continuous maintenance of the Quality Management System.

What you will do:

- Lead and manage a team of salary and hourly employees
- Implement Measurement Systems Analysis and Statistical Process Control to reduce quality rejects and improve processing times.
- Ensure compliance with quality management, food safety, and ISO standards, including HACCP programs.
- Develop and manage SSHE objectives, supporting sustainability initiatives like recycling and energy optimization.
- Collaborate with Business Groups to address quality control issues and approve new product specifications.
- Support Customer Experience by delivering timely results and enhancing facility knowledge of products.
- Work with Process Development to scale up new products and improve operational efficiencies.

Pay Range:
$106,000.00-$141,333.33 Annual

This pay range is not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Final base salary will be determined based on several factors which may include but are not limited to responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data and applicable bargaining agreement (if any).

Incentive Compensation:

As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Ingredion Annual Incentive Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus.
