As Maintenance Scheduler you will be responsible for all planning, scheduling, and some spare part management activities within the maintenance department. They will ensure the work is planned effectively, and scheduled appropriately to minimize equipment downtime, ensuring maintenance technicians utilization and efficiency is maximized, whilst achieving
defined safety and quality standards, thus providing alignment with departmental stakeholders and functions.
What you will do:
• Plan, schedule, and coordinate all preventive and corrective maintenance activities, including shutdowns, outages, and contractor-managed work, ensuring efficient execution and minimal operational disruption.
• Develop and maintain weekly, daily, and shift-level maintenance schedules, monitor progress, and report performance, schedule adherence, and key KPIs to management.
• Manage maintenance inventory by overseeing critical spare parts, consumables, job kitting, stock control, and stock-taking activities to support planned maintenance work.
• Serve as the SAP PM subject matter expert (SME), planning and managing work orders, maintenance plans, asset records, scheduling activities, purchasing requirements, and CMMS continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with statutory inspections and regulatory requirements by scheduling, tracking, and maintaining records for examinations such as LEV, LOLER, pressure vessels, and other site-specific obligations.
• Administer permit-to-work and contractor management processes, including issuing permits, conducting audits, ensuring procedural compliance, and maintaining induction documentation.
• Support health, safety, and compliance programs by conducting risk assessments, participating in safety initiatives, verifying maintenance material compliance, and maintaining accurate regulatory documentation and records.
What you will bring:
• Proven experience using a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS), preferably SAP PM.
• Background in maintenance planning, reliability engineering, or maintenance operations within an industrial/manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and general computer systems.

Pay Range:
$84,400.00-$112,533.33 Annual
This pay range is not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Final base salary will be determined based on several factors which may include but are not limited to responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data and applicable bargaining agreement (if any).
Incentive Compensation:
As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Ingredion Annual Incentive Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus.
