Full Job Description
The QA Manager leads a team of Specialists responsible to promote Quality Assurance throughout the division. Roles and Responsibilities will include ability to manage Quality Systems and related manufacturing products, processes throughout all spectrums of the manufacturing life cycle. Examples: • Review and approve internal/ external communication related to Customer systems (e.g. PPAP or other new model documents, customer defect investigation responses, etc.). • Review and approve internal/ external communication related to Customer systems for any problem investigation related activity. • Collaborating with other leaders on campus or division projects. • Evaluating team performance and coach team members to promote their development. • Gaining approval for and maintain department budget. • Develop and maintain annual Quality Improvement Plan for related divisions.
