This position will report directly to the ATL Mission Assurance Manager, and the qualified candidate will lead a diverse and high-performing team of Quality Engineers and Analysts supporting all site operations and programs. Positioned within the Mission Next (MNX) division, ATL is a DoD trusted foundry where we design, fabricate, and test semiconductor products for internal and commercial production customers, as well as emerging technology programs. With over 58,000 feet of wafer fabrication cleanrooms, ATL represents a unique capability, supporting a wide range of semiconductor technologies and devices (e.g. Silicon, Gallium Arsenide, Gallium Nitride, Silicon Carbide, etc.) and providing leading edge technology development in super00conducting electronics. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
