We are seeking an experienced Manager, Quality Assurance to provide leadership and oversight for Quality Assurance activities supporting packaging operations and facility quality systems. This role is responsible for ensuring compliance with GMP/cGMP requirements, maintaining product quality standards, and driving continuous improvement initiatives across quality operations.

The successful candidate will lead QA teams, provide technical expertise, support regulatory compliance, and partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders to maintain the highest standards of quality and operational excellence.

How You'll Spend Your Day

• Provide QA oversight for packaging operations and facility-related quality activities.
• Lead and oversee investigations related to packaging components, raw materials, bulk products, finished products, analytical and stability failures.
• Ensure investigations meet regulatory requirements and that corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs) are effectively implemented and tracked.
• Manage customer, healthcare professional, and regulatory product complaints, ensuring timely and thorough investigations.
• Oversee product release activities and packaging batch documentation review.
• Direct retained sample management and returned goods processes in accordance with SOPs and GMP requirements.
• Serve as the QA Ecosystem Lead, supporting deployment and maintenance of quality systems and learning infrastructure.
• Provide guidance and interpretation of quality procedures to Production, Quality, and Compliance teams.
• Support validation activities, change controls, environmental monitoring, quality agreements, and audit readiness initiatives.
• Lead, coach, and develop team members while fostering a culture of accountability, engagement, and continuous improvement.
• Participate in regulatory inspections and internal audits.
• Promote Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) practices and support incident investigations and corrective actions.

Your Skills and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in a Science-related discipline required.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Quality Assurance, Technical Services, and/or Production within the pharmaceutical industry.
• Previous supervisory or people leadership experience is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of GMP, cGMP, and pharmaceutical quality systems.
• Experience with TrackWise, Oracle, LIMS, Smart QA, and Microsoft Office applications.
• Understanding of pharmaceutical manufacturing, packaging operations, investigations, and validation activities.
• Knowledge of FDA and Health Canada regulations.
• Strong leadership and coaching skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Exceptional organizational and project management skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate across functions.
• Occasional travel may be required.

The typical hiring range for this position is $98,720-$123,400. The base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, education, and internal equity. In addition to base salary, this role may qualify for an annual bonus based on employment type. Certain positions may also be eligible for a sales commission structure as part of the overall compensation package.
