POSITION SUMMARY The Quality Management Systems Manager position reports to the Regional Quality Manager within the region. This position will support overall functions and compliance for the client within the North America district. The QMS Manager is responsible to ensure the sites are compliant to the standards set by the client. Travel is a requirement for this position.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES - Oversee the execution of the Document Control System
- Oversee the execution of simplified SWIs with collaboration from the SMEs. Tech Writers and GCL SOP documents
- Update and support reporting through the MBR & QBRs
- Process Optimization- Continuous Improvement, In Full Delivery (IFD), Ticketing systems (LEGO), RCCA
- Collaboration with cross functional team to address quality issues and drive continuous improvement
- Assure compliance to standards
- Perform internal audits
- Follow action items to closure
- Monitor processes against set metrics
- Report on trends
- Assist in root cause analysis as needed to problem solve
- Lead Visual Management Activities with direction and follow up
- Other duties as deemed necessary by manager
SKILLS & ABILITIES Education & Experience: The successful candidate for this role must possess an in-depth understanding of quality assurance, team spirit, successful communication with a varying audience, problem solving and must be proficient with computer applications. They should be able to orchestrate multiple projects and be able to prioritize as demand dictates. They will be professional, career driven, detail oriented and have strong analytical skills.
Computer Skills: Microsoft Office & G Suite a plus
Certificates & Licenses: Must have a minimum B.S or equivalent hands on experience

PHYSICAL DEMANDSOther Physical Requirements: Must wear composite-toed boots, hearing protection, ability to travel by car or plane, high frequency of computer keyboarding, high frequency of viewing a computer monitor, etc.
WORK ENVIRONMENT EX: Work is performed primarily in office during day and night shifts. The noise level in the work environment is usually quiet in office settings and moderate in other situations.
For this position, the expected base pay range is $110,000.00 - $130,000.00 Annual. Actual compensation will be determined based on job-related factors such as relevant experience, skills, education, certifications, and geographic location, in accordance with applicable laws and company policy.
