Davidson & Company is on the lookout for an Audit Manager to join our growing Public Company Audit Practice. In this role, you'll lead high-profile engagements, work closely with dynamic clients, and guide our rising audit stars as they sharpen their skills.

What You'll Do
No two days are the same - but here's a glimpse into what you'll be doing:
- Take charge of end-to-end client engagements - from planning to final deliverables - across a diverse portfolio of industries and engagement sizes
- Build strong client relationships by providing clear communication, practical solutions, and top-tier service
- Collaborate with Engagement Partners to manage budgets, timelines, and deliverables with precision
- Translate complex accounting concepts into client-friendly insights (because numbers tell stories, too!)
- Lead, coach, and inspire junior and senior team members - helping them grow while keeping the vibe positive and productive
- Stay sharp on all things IFRS, CAS, US GAAP, and PCAOB while driving innovation and efficiency within your teams
- Be a trusted go-to for your clients, offering proactive advice and guidance that makes a real difference
What You'll Bring to the Table
You've got the expertise - and the people skills to match:
- CPA designation (or equivalent) required
- 5+ years of public practice audit experience
- Solid technical knowledge in IFRS, CAS, US GAAP, GAAS, and PCAOB standards
- A natural communicator who can build strong relationships with both clients and colleagues
- A genuine leader who motivates, mentors, and develops others
- Proven ability to juggle multiple projects, stay organized, and meet deadlines under pressure
- Experience using Caseware, MS Office, and a willingness to leverage AI-driven tools and new technologies to work smarter
- A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with a passion for excellence and growth

Let's Talk Numbers
We believe in transparency and fairness when it comes to compensation. For this role, the annual salary range is $105K-125K, depending on your experience and what you bring to the table.
