DePuy Synthes is recruiting for a Manager, Project Manager,locatedinRaynham, MA, or in West Chester, PA or Palm Beach Gardens, FL or Warsaw, IN or Raritan, NJ.
This roleis responsible forleading and delivering complex real estate, facilities, and infrastructure projects that support DePuy Synthes92 business operations. The Manager, ProjectManagerplays a critical role in ensuring projects are executed on time, within budget, and in compliance with corporate, regulatory, and safety standards. This position partners closely with internal stakeholders, external vendors, andcross9functionalteams to translate business needs intowell9planned,high9qualityproject outcomes.
Leadend9to9endproject management for real estate, facilities, and corporate operations initiatives, from concept throughclose9out.
Coordinatecross9functionalstakeholders, including E26PS, Finance, Procurement, EH26S, IT, and business leaders, to ensure alignment andtimelydecision9making.
Manage external consultants, contractors, and service providers to ensure performance, quality, and contractual compliance.
Ensure projectscomply withapplicable regulations, building codes, safety standards, and company policies.
Bachelor92s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Business, ora relatedfield (required).
Experience within a regulated environment such as healthcare, medical devices, pharmaceuticals, or life sciences.

102,000.00 - 204,000.00 USD Annual

Subject to the terms of their respective plans, employees are eligible to participate in the Company92s consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401(k)).
