Capital One is seeking an Experiential Programming & Content Design Manager to serve as the creative architect for our in-Café Money & Life financial health experiences. Sitting within the Market Programming pillar of Signature Experiences, you will own the actual "What" and "How" of customer engagement—translating complex strategy and financial health intent into tangible, modular, and repeatable in-Café moments that reduce customer anxiety, build brand resonance, and drive engagement.
The perfect fit for this role is a unique hybrid of creative strategist and experiential copywriter who views physical space as a canvas for customer connection. You excel at distilling heavy, highly regulated concepts into interactive, low-barrier, tactile, and gamified consumer moments that turn vulnerability into financial confidence. Beyond big ideas, you bring the operational discipline required to package your designs into scalable programmatic toolkits, ensuring our Café Ambassadors can execute your vision flawlessly nationwide.
Key Responsibilities:Creative Strategy & Content DesignTranslate strategy into content by rooting designs in Capital One’s Financial Health Framework (Spend, Save, Borrow, Plan) and tailor them for the in-Café environment.
Bridge product to experience by intentionally designing physical customer journeys that spark curiosity and seamlessly integrate into customer experiences
Materialize vision into action by bringing the strategic imperatives of experiential ecosystem to life by inventing net new experiences and continuing to innovate programming to meet needs of our communities
Program Management & ScalabilityBuild scalable toolkits and develop structured, repeatable Money & Life programming and tiered offerings that empower Market Engagement Leads and Café Teams to execute uniform experiences with high brand fidelity—eliminating the need for bespoke local creation.
Optimize tiered programming by owning the full design lifecycle, continuous refresh, and execution framework across our four core experiential event tiers:
Closed-Door Events:Premium content and interactive creative frameworks for sponsorships and partner experiences.
Pop-In Events: High-visibility, thematic content and takeovers tied to national product or seasonal marketing campaigns.
Scheduled Programs: Curriculum scripting and educational design for recurring, needs-based modules.
Light Interactions:Visual prompts, mechanics, and gamified tactics for rapid 5-to-10-minute touchpoints between our ambassadors and guests.
Design for flexibility by prioritizing modular, framework-driven templates that effortlessly adapt to varying floor plans across our 65+ Café network.
Optimize data by evaluating qualitative and quantitative performance metrics (e.g., event sentiment, engagement data, QR scan rates) to iteratively improve creative toolkits for future deployment cycles.
Core Competencies:Customer Focus | The instinct to prioritize consumer confidence and actively reduce vulnerability by addressing financial anxiety in every interaction.
Results Focus | Expert collaboration skills to bridge brand strategy, creative asset design, field operations, and risk/compliance—ensuring creative integrity while meeting our high bar for customer engagement.
