Job DescriptionThe Manager, Project Management will play a crucial role in the AdTech OTECH Project Management department. They will be responsible for managing and coordinating activities related to the Small Vehicle Program, ensuring alignment with Oceaneering's organizational procedures, work scope requirements, and budgets. This role involves reviewing and evaluating project progress, identifying areas for improvement, and driving efficient project execution.

Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in project management, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide project teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively.
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies, such as Agile or Scrum.
- Experience in budget management and financial planning for projects.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Familiarity with industry-specific regulations and standards is preferred.

The Salary range for this position is $118,600 - $177,800
