Manager, Project Management you will guide our
New Generation Power & Datacenter Solutions team based in
Cranberry Township, PA. In this role, you will lead a team delivering fully engineered
Ovation™ control system solutions for greenfield power plants and rapidly growing datacenter infrastructure across North America. This is an opportunity to step into a leadership role where you will mentor talent, drive execution, and shape the future of critical infrastructure projects.
In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:- Lead, coach, and support a team of project management professionals to deliver high-quality project outcomes focused on new generation and datacenter projects.
- Oversee a portfolio of projects to ensure alignment with financial, schedule, and performance targets.
- Develop, maintain, and optimize project plans, including resource planning and staffing strategies.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, including internal stakeholders and external partners, to ensure successful execution.
- Identify risks and opportunities, analyze project challenges, and implement effective solutions.
- Partner with sales and business development teams to support proposals and project pursuits.
- Build strong, trust-based relationships with customers while ensuring a high level of satisfaction and delivery excellence.
- Provide regular forecasts and insights related to sales, resource utilization, and performance metrics.
- Contribute to the development of new solutions, services, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Promote best practices to enhance project management processes and organizational efficiency.

For This Role, You Will Need:- BS degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related STEM field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum 10 years of related experience in project execution or engineering environment
- Demonstrated ability to guide teams and strategies successfully in manufacturing or engineering organizations
- Strong understanding of project management and engineering principles
- Ability to travel up to 30%
- Legal authorization to work in the United State - sponsorship will not be provided for this position, now or in the future
Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:- Project management certification (PMP®, PgMP®, or similar certification) or equivalent hands-on application of formal project management methodologies
- Experience with industrial automation, integrated hardware/software systems, or engineered solutions
- Familiarity with Emerson Ovation™ systems or other Distributed Control System (DCS)/Programable Logic Controller (PLC) platforms
- Exposure to structured project management methodologies (PMI-based, Agile, or hybrid) in customer-facing environments
- Experience in power generation, datacenters, or other critical infrastructure environments
