Qualifications

• Strong data management skills, including advanced Excel functions and reporting tools.
• Self-motivated and creative, capable of planning and accomplishing goals independently.
• Effective speaker with strong presentation abilities, especially for quarterly reviews.
• Ability to coordinate with site and corporate management.
• Experience in construction or related fields preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and update monthly KPIs, including performance indicators and production metrics.
• Input and track all Field Change Orders (FCOs) for accurate project management.
• Prepare and submit weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports.
• Conduct and participate in weekly meetings to facilitate project updates.
• Compile information for small estimate proposals to support project bids.
• Ensure integrity and accuracy of all reported project information.
• Troubleshoot issues in collaboration with field supervision and project teams.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers.
