Job Description SummaryOversees project controls delivery across multiple projects or a defined program. Balances hands-on technical leadership with team oversight and client-facing delivery accountability.
Job DescriptionEssential Job Duties- Oversee schedule management across multiple projects.
- Act as escalation point for complex controls issues.
- Provide QA/QC review of forecasts, schedules, and reporting.
- Lead client meetings related to project controls.
- Manage and mentor Senior Project Controls staff.
- Support resourcing and staffing decisions
- Coordinate and integrate all third-party plans and schedule components into a comprehensive cost plan.
Education/Experience/Training- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration or related field.
- Master's degree preferred. Certification preferred.
- Ten or more years of related experience with 2 or more years of management experience required.
- Ability to contribute to the strategic direction of the assigned department or assigned practice area.
- Advanced project controls skills.
- Expert in client relations, client management and consulting.
- Highly organized with strong analytical skills.
- Expertise using cost and schedule management software.
- Experience within one or more of the following industries required: construction, life sciences, data centers, industrial or related technical field.
- Must possess exemplary communication skills - both oral and written.

The compensation that will be offered to the successful candidate will depend on factors such as whether the position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement, the geographic area in which the work will be performed, market pay rates in that area, and the candidate's experience and qualifications.
The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.
The compensation for the position is: $ 148,750.00 - $175,000.00
