The Manager, Professional Affairs,OTChelps toshape and executeKenvuesprofessionalstakeholderengagement strategy and works closelywith Medical Affairs,HCPMarketing,R&D,Legal/Compliance and external healthcare stakeholders to strengthenKenvuesscientific credibility, advance professional education, and support responsible engagement withinfluential stakeholders across the healthcare ecosystem. Key Responsibilities Strategy& Professional Activation Develop and executefocused professionalengagementplans forOTCportfolio, aligned to business priorities, scientificstrategyand applicable healthcare compliance requirements. Build trusted relationships with healthcare professionals, key opinion leaders, professional societies and external experts to understand clinical needs, practicetrendsandestablishinfluentialnetwork of partners,advocates across healthcare professional ecosystem. Identifyareas of alignmentwith priority healthcare professional stakeholders andsocieties anddrive strategic co-creation and collaboration to strengthen scientific credibility andnurture advocacy. Manage day-to-day interactions with KOLs, professional associations, and scientific influencers to supportevidence-based self-care. In partnership with Medical Affairs, plan and deliverexpert panels,advisory boardsandsponsoredprofessional education initiativesto advance healthcare professional education and elevate scientific thought leadership of our brands. Support creation ofprofessional-facingcontent and engagement materials in partnership with Medical Affairs. Ecosystem Mapping & Insights Maintainup-to-dateprofessional ecosystem mapsidentifyingkey KOLs, digital influencers, and relevant organizations. Track professional trends, society priorities, clinical developments, and competitive insights to inform strategic planning. Mine and translate clinical practice insights and healthcare professionalstakeholderfeedback into actionable recommendations for professional education, claims support, productstrategyand portfolio priorities. Cross-FunctionalCollaboration Work closely with Medical Affairs, Brand Teams, R&D, Communications, and Regulatory to align activities. Manage operational components including congress planning, sponsorship execution, grants, and partnerships in compliance with policy. Oversee vendors and support budget tracking for assigned programs. Ensure professional affairs activities are planned and executedin accordance withKenvue standards, healthcare compliancerequirementsand applicable industry guidelines. Track program effectiveness,identifyopportunities for continuous improvement and communicate insights, risks and recommendations to leadership and cross-functional partners. What we are looking for Required Qualifications Bachelors degree or equivalent in a relevant field such as life sciences, healthcare, pharmacy, nursing, public health,or a related disciplinerequiring engagement with professional stakeholders across healthcare ecosystem. Relevant experience in professional affairs, medical affairs, healthcare professionalengagementora relatedhealthcare environment. Strong ability to interpretexternal insights from thought leaders and externallandscapeandtranslateinto recommendations and programs that advancescientific understanding and education. Excellentleadership andpartnering skills with history of building trusted, long-term relationships with diverse external stakeholders. Experience working cross-functionally with medical, regulatory, legal/compliance, marketing, commercial, R&Dand external partners. Strong communication,presentationand stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage credibly with healthcare professionals andinfluence Marketing and R&D leadership. Demonstratedproject management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, matrixed environment,while ensuring seamless experience for external stakeholders. Desired Qualifications Advanced degree (PharmD, MPH, MS, PhD)stronglypreferred. Experience in OTC, consumer health, orself-caretherapeutic categories. Experience developing or executing healthcare professional education, advisory boards, congress plans, speakerprogramsor professional society engagement. Knowledge of healthcare compliance principles and requirements related to HCP engagement and scientific/professional communications. Ability to synthesize marketplace, scientific and professional insights into strategic recommendations that influence portfolio and business decisions.
