Vine Studios is Netflix's LA-based Series Animation production facility, offering collaborative review spaces, premium offline edit bays, a scratch room, and a screening room. Our Production Services team acts as the primary point of contact for engineering and technical operational support for productions at Vine Studios, helping shows navigate production and post production challenges from development through delivery, and partnering with our broader engineering teams to resolve issues that require deeper technical expertise. As the team grows, we're looking for a manager to lead its day-to-day operations and ensure productions get consistent, high-quality support.
The RoleThe Production Services Manager leads the day-to-day operations of the Production Services team at Vine Studios, managing a team of support engineers. 10+ years of experience in production or post engineering and/or production technology at a post production facility or studio
Strong people manager with demonstrated ability to lead and drive initiatives, develop strategy, and hold the team accountable
Experience leading, mentoring, and training direct reports and partners
