What you'll accomplish with us

As Manager, Production, Integrity and Business Intelligence, you will play a key role in our mission. Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Leading a team of 10 to 15 professionals dedicated to the operational support of financial systems.
  • Ensuring team performance, engagement, talent development, and overall well-being.
  • Managing all people-related activities, including recruitment, performance management, and employee development.
  • Providing high-quality Level 2 support to internal partners and meeting their expectations.
  • Managing critical incidents by assessing severity, prioritizing actions, and coordinating stakeholders.
  • Leading, maintaining, and optimizing financial processes and systems to ensure reliable, scalable, and compliant services and tools.
  • Supporting the implementation of new financial modules, systems, and processes.
  • Establishing and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure service effectiveness and system health.
  • Contributing to and evolving the governance of financial systems.
  • Actively participating in committees and meetings related to the mandates under your responsibility.
  • Promoting the identification of inefficiencies and driving continuous improvement of work methods.

  • Holds a bachelor's degree in Accounting, Actuarial Science, Business Administration, Information Systems, Finance, or another relevant field.
  • Has a minimum of 10 years of experience in a role related to financial systems, including at least 3 years of management experience.
