Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, planning, or related field, or equivalent experience
• Five years of experience in supply chain, production control, or related field
• Previous experience in the manufacturing industry required
• Certification in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM) certification a plus
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities
• Proficiency in production planning software and tools (e.g., ERP/MRP systems)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

• Upholds the master production schedule and supports production order progress
• Manages material transactions from receiving to shipping
• Collaborates with Logistics teams to ensure effective shipment management
• Monitors customer shipment requirements to enhance satisfaction and efficiency
• Maintains inventory levels and executes cycle counting
• Implements logistics policies and agreements beneficial to the business
• Contributes to continuous improvement by identifying enhancement areas
• Leads and mentors the team while fostering a high-performing environment
