The core mandate of the Supply Chain Product Management (PdM) team is to solve complex Supply Chain challenges by operating as a thought partner to the business and delivering tangible software Products across every stage of the Product lifecycle. Our team is critical in lululemon's pursuit to fuel growth, drive innovation, and deliver on our promise to improve the wellbeing of people and minimize our environmental impact. To meet our Supply Chain stakeholder needs, we partner closely with operational leaders, Technology counterparts, engineering, project leaders, and program management to build the Product strategy and roadmap as well as deliver high impact software Products that enable leading Supply Chain capabilities.

core responsibilities

In this role, you will bring to life the Product strategy for mid -scale & mid -complexity technical Supply Chain Products, while also operating at the intersection of Global Fulfillment and cross-functional Product domains. You will play a critical leadership role in shaping and advancing capabilities that sit beyond Global Fulfillment ownership but have significant impact across the end -to-end fulfillment lifecycle.

As a team leader, you will collaborate with Product Management counterparts, project leaders, Technology, and Supply Chain teams to translate the Product roadmap into actionable go-live plans. You will also lead a focused team operating within the interface of Global Fulfillment Product Management and cross -functional Product teams (Digital, Supply Chain , and other enterprise domains), ensuring alignment, visibility, and delivery of shared capabilities.
• Lead and develop a small team of Product Managers operating across Global
• Fulfillment and cross -functional Product domains, with a mandate to drive alignment and delivery at the intersection of multiple product pillars.
• Act as the Global Fulfillment Product lead across key cross -functional spaces, including Digital (Omni, Alt -Channel B2B, Strategic Sales, Lower Funnel, Membership, Mobile Apps), upstream Supply Chain, and broader enterprise initiatives, ensuring fulfillment requirements are represented and embedded early in product strategy and design.
• Partner closely with cross -functional Product Management teams to shape, influence, and deliver capabilities across systems and products that are not owned by Global Fulfillment but are critical to the fulfillment lifecycle.
• Collaborate to translate strategic Product roadmaps into actionable go -live plans in alignment with AOP strategic initiatives, ensuring end -to-end readiness across multiple product and system dependencies.
• Serve as a key connector across Product, Technology, and Business teams, ensuring strong alignment, clear accountability, and seamless execution across shared product spaces.
• Articulate Product features, business requirements, user impact, and value delivered clearly and concisely to diverse audiences and cross -functional partners to enable aligned decision -making.
• Champion the "PdM rules of engagement," ensuring Product is engaged early during discovery and planning, particularly across cross -functional and enterprise initiatives impacting Global Fulfillment.
• Analyze performance metrics and user insights to identify gaps and opportunities across the broader fulfillment ecosystem, recommending improvements that span multiple systems and domains.
• Prioritize new and backlog features by balancing trade -offs across Supply Chain needs, cross -functional dependencies, system complexity, and enterprise initiatives.
• Lead end -to-end planning and execution of Agile Product releases, ensuring delivery milestones and KPIs are met across interconnected product landscapes.
• Act as a senior advisor within Agile delivery teams, guiding MVP definition, sprint ceremonies, key decisions, and issue resolution while continuously improving delivery quality and speed.
• Partner with Technology teams to enable enterprise capabilities that impact Global Fulfillment, ensuring scalable, sustainable, and integrated solutions.
• Serve as the key liaison between internal lululemon teams and external partners (vendors, 3PLs, suppliers, etc.) to maintain alignment, transparency, and momentum across the Product lifecycle.

qualifications
• Product Management: 5 - 8 years
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain , Technology, Engineering, Mathematics (STEM) or related discipline; advanced degree preferred; Product Management certification preferred .
• Proven track record of delivering and deploying technical products in an agile

environment.
• Strong business, planning , and organizing skills; including the ability to provide innovative ideas to leaders, communicate value, gain approval and implement

effectively.
• Demonstrated executive -level presence with a proven ability to collaborate with and influence peers, colleagues, and leadership.
• Strong leadership skills with experience leading cross -functional teams, prioritizing work, managing change, developing, mentoring, and coaching personnel.
• Strong critical thinking, logical structuring, attention to detail, and excellent analytical and communication skills (written and verbal) .
• Excellent facilitation and issue resolution skills that involve conflicting goals ; ability to drive consensus.
• Capacity to drive insights from quantitative and qualitative analysis.
• Ability to work and deliver in changing environments, under limited guidance while adhering to specified deadlines and budgets.
• Has a deep desire to learn and improve by seeking, accepting and acting on productive feedback.
• Demonstrated knowledge of general supply chain capabilities, technology, and metrics.
• Experience in agile delivery methods and tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, etc.), and
• frameworks for technical products (initiatives, features, epics, user stories).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite products.

Compensation and Benefits Package

lululemon's compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and teamperformance. Thetypical hiring range for this position is from$157,500 - $206,700 annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program, subject to program eligibility requirements.
