Job Duties and ResponsibilitiesCandidates must be willing to participate in at least one in-person interview.The Group Product Manager (GPM) of AI Initiatives serves as a strategic product leader addressing the challenge of scaling enterprise AI and intelligent automation capabilities across complex business units. This role solves fragmented product development by building a unified AI Core Platform while managing a cross-functional team of Product Managers, Data Scientists, AI Engineers, and UX Designers. By establishing product management best practices for non-deterministic software and governing ethical deployment, the GPM drives operational efficiency, mitigates technical risks, and transforms enterprise workflows.
What Success Looks Like (Objectives):- Shape and execute a multi-year AI product portfolio strategy that directly accelerates digital transformation, reduces costs, and improves enterprise user experiences
- Scale and mentor a team of Product Managers, establishing standard operating procedures for rapid prototyping and non-deterministic software development
- Drive a cohesive AI Core Platform strategy featuring centralized LLM gateways, retrieval systems, and shared agentic frameworks to eliminate redundant efforts across departments
- Refine enterprise intake frameworks to evaluate prospective AI applications based on business ROI, technical feasibility, security posture, and data readiness
- Partner with Legal and Governance teams to enforce model safety, data privacy, bias mitigation, and human-in-the-loop design patterns
Skills, Experience and RequirementsCore Skills and Competencies (What you'll bring):- Strategic leadership in overseeing complex enterprise AI/ML portfolios that deliver scalable platform efficiencies and high ROI
- AI Application and Innovation expertise across Generative AI architecture, LLMs, RAG, agentic workflows, and predictive modeling pipelines
- Demonstrated ability to communicate complex AI trade-offs to VP and C-level stakeholders while driving cross-functional consensus
- Skill in establishing product methodologies, managing experimental backlogs, and leading enterprise change management initiatives
- Data interpretation ability using enterprise telemetry, SQL, and visualization platforms to measure model drift, cost-per-inference, and system productivity
Additional Qualifications:- MBA or Master's degree in a related technical discipline
Minimum Requirements:- Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or business field (Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or Business Administration)
- Minimum Experience: 8+ years of total Digital Product Management experience, with at least 2+ years dedicated to production-grade AI/ML or Generative AI platforms, and 2+ years of direct people management
- Required Technical Skills: Must have at least 2 years of experience with:
- Generative AI architecture, machine learning, LLMs, RAG, fine-tuning, or agentic workflows
- AI platform governance, ethical AI frameworks, and human-in-the-loop design
- SQL, telemetry analysis, and enterprise visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker)
