The manager analyzes data to inform product strategies, and supports sourcing activities to meet timelines and accuracy standards. This position promotes ethical standards and continuous improvement while ensuring products meet customer needs and organizational goals through effective communication and strategic oversight.
What you'll do: - Manage product throughout the entire lifecycle to ensure quality and alignment with customer needs.
- Collaborate with internal and external partners to drive product development initiatives and resolve issues promptly.

- Oversee sample assortments, approvals, and production processes.
- Perform root cause analysis to identify and address potential product issues and recommend effective solutions.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to maintain alignment and meet production timelines.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
