The Manager, Product Development oversees product specifications throughout the entire lifecycle to ensure alignment with quality standards and customer needs. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, conducting industry benchmarking, and managing sourcing activities to support business strategies. The position requires analyzing data to inform product strategies, resolving issues through root cause analysis, and driving continuous improvement. The manager also leads communication efforts with internal and external partners, supports team development, and ensures compliance with company policies while promoting a culture of integrity and operational excellence.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
