Position Summary

We are looking for individuals that share a passion for patients as well as our BMS Behaviors; speed, passion, accountability, innovation, and inclusion to join BMS in our Emerging Leaders Program (ELP), a rotational leadership development program!

Start date for the program will be in June/July of 2027.

The Product Development & Supply (PDS) Organization at BMS is responsible for developing, manufacturing, and supplying medicines to our patients while driving productivity and robustness and accelerating growth through a culture of excellence. The PDS organization is comprised of: Product Development, Global Supply Chain, Global Quality, Global Technical Services, Manufacturing Science and Technology, Global Business Unit (Biologics and Pharma), and Cell Therapy Operations.

The ELP is a 3 year rotational leadership development program (LDP) comprised of 4 rotations approximately 8 months in length and one 4 month Capstone project that span the breadth of PDS functions (listed above) and geographic locations. Rotations could include technical leadership, supervisory roles, strategy development, supply chain optimizations, plant manufacturing experience, project management, and continuous improvement initiatives. The LDP will also provide opportunities for training in technical, managerial, and leadership skills, as well as coaching and mentoring from executives, alumni, and peers.

Upon completion of the program, associates can expect the experience, training, and mentorship required to contribute in a meaningful leadership role within the PDS organization. We are looking for high potential and ambitious individuals interested in long term careers BMS who are interested in making an impact within the product development and supply organization and most importantly, for our patients.

Qualifications & Experience
• MS or MBA (required) or PhD (preferred) in STEM, Healthcare, or Supply Chain, with a minimum 3.0 GPA in both undergraduate and graduate studies. Candidates must have graduated within the past three years or be expected to graduate in Winter 2026 or Spring 2027.
• A minimum of 2-3 years of full-time professional experience (in any industry), excluding internships and co-op assignments, in one or more of the following areas: Process Engineering, Process Improvement, Manufacturing Operations, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Technology, Supply Chain, Postdoctoral Research, Chemistry, or Analytical Laboratory Operations.
• Ability and willingness to relocate within the United States
• Must have flexibility and capability for relocation to any of the BMS Domestic PDS sites.
• Candidate must demonstrate leadership skills, proficient communication/presentation skills, effective teamwork/cross-functional collaboration skills
• Technical skills with biopharma utility: problem solving and analytical capabilities with strong quantitative skills
• Successful candidates must exhibit a high degree of initiative to operate independently in a self-directed manner as part of, or as a lead on, team projects.
• Must possess superior interpersonal skills and an ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization and work with a wide range of diverse teams of people
• All candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States at the time of hire and for the duration of their employment. Compensation Overview:

Princeton - NJ - US: $103,700 - $125,660

The starting pay range(s) listed above is for full-time employees (FTE). You may also be eligible for additional discretionary incentive cash and stock opportunities. We determine starting pay thoughtfully - carefully considering the nature of the role, required skills, work location, schedule and the knowledge and experience you bring. Final compensation is guided by pay equity principles and applicable employment laws. Compensation programs are reviewed on an ongoing basis and may be adjusted over time to reflect evolving market factors, and individual, team or Company performance.

Subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable plans then in effect, you may be eligible to participate in our comprehensive benefit plans - including wellbeing support, retirement and financial protection benefits, and insurance offerings (medical, dental, vision, life and disability).

U.S.-based exempt employees are eligible for Flexible Time Off (FTO), which provides paid time off without a set accrual limit, subject to manager approval, along with 11 paid company holidays each year.

Non-exempt employees, RayzeBio employees, and employees located in Puerto Rico receive 160 hours of paid vacation annually for new hires (subject to manager approval), 11 paid company holidays, and 3 optional holidays.

Depending on eligibility, employees may also have access to additional time-off benefits, including paid sick leave, up to two paid volunteer days per year, summer hours flexibility, and leaves of absence for medical, personal, parental, caregiver, bereavement, or military needs. Eligible employees also enjoy an annual Global Shutdown between Christmas Day and New Year's Day.
