What Drives Success- Manages analysis of the pricing of the organization's goods and services in order to stay competitive in the market.
- Leads market research.
- Designs pricing policies.
- Oversees the maintenance of historical pricing data.
- Collects information regarding the current market conditions, trends and future outlook for products and services.
- Establishes pricing strategy for products and services based on market review and competitive intelligence.
- Qualifies growth potential for select products or markets and presents information to business leaders.
- Works with product management and field sales management on price development.
- Oversees profitability analysis for incremental sales opportunities.
- Responsible for historical pricing reporting.
- Responsible for the administrative tasks that support creating, maintaining, updating and distributing of pricing.
- Manages the staffing, work, development and performance of assigned employees.
What We Are Looking For- Requires a bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Requires at least 8 years related experience.
- APICS or equivalent certification required.
- Requires strong mathematical and analytical abilities.
- Require understanding of financial data, competitive markets and pricing dynamics.
- Must have deep business acumen.
- Requires knowledge of competitor products.
- Must have knowledge of SAP query design and advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Access.
- Must be effective in written and verbal communication.
- Must be able to lead and motivate employees to reach objectives.
- Must able to provide consultative support to multiple stakeholders.
What We OfferCompensation: This is a salaried exempt role. The starting salary range for this role and market is between
$114,000 - $150,150 annually. Factors that may affect starting salary include geography/market and the skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate. Employees in this role are also eligible for an annual bonus in accordance with the terms of the Company's applicable plan. Employees in this role are not eligible for overtime.
