Job Summary

The Manager, Pricing and Data Operations leads the execution and continuous improvement of pricing strategies to support profitability. This role builds and scales pricing operations, strengthens analytical approaches, and ensures accurate and consistent execution. The role connects daily pricing activities to broader business goals and drives alignment among cross-functional teams.

This position is based in Leawood, KS and is not eligible for relocation.

What you will be doing:
  • Support the execution, validation, and refinement of pricing strategies to support business performance.
  • Monitor pricing performance and identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Respond to stakeholder questions and provide clear updates to leadership on pricing initiatives.
  • Manage setup and maintenance of ticket plans, including centralized pricing initiatives and premium format installations.
  • Analyze data to evaluate pricing decisions and their impact on financial and customer outcomes.
  • Lead cross-functional reviews to support governance, accuracy, and alignment of food and beverage pricing.
  • Develop and maintain processes to track industry trends and competitive pricing activity.
  • Identify opportunities to improve pricing strategy, increase efficiency, and scale operations.
  • Support execution of film events, high-visibility initiatives, and ongoing programs and operations.
  • Maintain consistent standards for pricing accuracy, data integrity, and operational execution.
  • Translate data insights into clear recommendations that influence decision-making.

What we need from you:
  • 3+ years of experience in pricing, operations, or marketing.
  • 2+ years managing cross-functional teams, collaborative partnerships, or project management teams.
  • Experience working with Excel to handle large data sets, including financial and transactional data.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present insights clearly.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet deadlines and deliver results.
  • Ability to connect detailed analysis to broader business objectives.

What we also value (preferred):
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Statistics, Accounting, related quantitative field.
  • Experience in entertainment, hospitality, travel, or food service industries.
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau.
  • Experience applying AI or machine learning to support decision-making
  • Strong financial modeling and business analysis skills.
  • Advanced Excel/data analysis capabilities, such as Power Query, Pivot, VBA and macros.
  • Experience presenting data-driven insights to leadership, driving process improvements, and influencing cross-functional stakeholders to deliver results.
