Job Summary and ResponsibilitiesAs our Pharmacy Manager, you will be a strategic leader and clinical authority, orchestrating safe, efficient, and patient-centered pharmaceutical care delivery.
Every day, you will lead and supervise the pharmacy team, meticulously reviewing and authorizing prescriptions for safety (interactions, dosing, allergies). You'll oversee efficient workflow, from authorization to dispensing, and consult with doctors and nurses to troubleshoot medication issues.

We are offering to qualified and experienced candidates a sign-on bonus not to exceed 10% of salary for this position.Job RequirementsRequired Education and Experience:
- Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy required
- Minimum of 3 years of recent pharmacy (or similar) work experience required.
Required Licensure:
- Active CA State Pharmacist License in good standing required.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year in a leadership position or pharmacy residency completed or supplemental Masters Degree (MBA, MS, MHA, etc) preferred.
