Position Summary...What you'll do...Are you passionate about providing comprehensive patient care and driving clinical service delivery? Join our team as a Pharmacy Clinical Services Manager and improve our pharmacy operations and patient outcomes.
What you'll do: - Process and accurately dispense prescription orders and administer immunizations.
- Counsel customers on health care and prescription medication needs, including Medication Therapy Management (MTM).
- Improve market pharmacy financial performance by ensuring cost-effective clinical service delivery and improving margins.
- Develop and implement direct patient care strategies and clinical pharmacy programs.
- Provide expertise and support to pharmacists and field leadership.
What you'll bring: - Clinical judgment and business understanding to develop and implement pharmacy programs.
- Use pharmacy data to teach other pharmacists how to determine and offer clinical services
- Capable of collaborating with Health & Wellness leadership and local health care providers.
- Experience with training pharmacists on clinical services delivery and patient counseling.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance in clinical pharmacy services.

The annual salary range for this position is $112,000.00 - $197,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in pharmacy OR doctor of pharmacy degree (PharmD.) OR equivalent Foreign Pharmacy Graduate Examination Committee (FPGEC) certification program (National Association of Boards of Pharmacy). 1 year experience practicing as a licensed pharmacist. Pharmacist license (by job entry date) in all states of a market. Completion of APhA Pharmacy-Based Immunization Delivery Certificate program. Have and maintain a State Immunization License while employed in this position if required by the state. Have and maintain a CPR/AED Certification while employed in this position.
