Manager Pharmacy

Position Summary:
The Manager, Pharmacy provides leadership and oversight for pharmacy operations and personnel to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant pharmacy services.
This role:
- Coordinates the development and implementation of pharmacy systems, policies, and procedures
- Participates in quality and process improvement initiatives
- Collaborates with pharmacy leadership and interdisciplinary teams to plan and support new or revised services
- Oversees staff scheduling, supervision, recruitment, performance management, and corrective action
- Maintains responsibility for pharmacy operations
- Promotes effective communication, regulatory compliance, patient safety, and optimal use of technology and automation while maintaining current knowledge of pharmacy practice and leadership standards.
Minimum Qualifications:Required Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy
Preferred Education:
- Master's degree in Pharmacy
- Doctorate in Pharmacy
Required Certification:
- Pharmacist - State of Florida
Preferred Certification:
- ASHP (American Society of Health-System Pharmacists) - Accredited Program
- Florida Consultant Pharmacist license
Required Experience:
- 5 years of experience in field as an individual contributor
- 1-3 years supervisory/coordinator experience
